Extrusion
Jamak’s extrusion division has manufactured products for many top medical, automotive, aerospace, and appliance companies worldwide. Silicone’s tolerance to temperatures, antimicrobial, water, and flame-resistant qualities make it the material of choice for applications in these industries.
Molding
Jamak has been an innovator in the molding process, instituting many practices that have become part of the industry norm. Jamak was first to market with cold runner technology and developed the first 300 plus cavity tools. Our expertise in injection, compression, transfer, and over-molding ensures our customers receive quality parts on time within spec.
Compounding
Jamak compounds more than 5 million pounds of material annually. Our extensive experience is a significant advantage to our customers. We simplify the supply chain by mixing to spec raw materials on site. We can refine your formulations, create a lab batch, and produce a sample product immediately.
Design
Jamak will work hand in hand with you to create product design, taking into consideration not only the final product standards and qualities, but also manufacturing efficiencies to keep your costs controlled. We can even package your product and ship it directly to your sales outlets.
Sourcing & Logistics
Jamak’s long history in the rubber industry has led to worldwide expertise with manufacturers and suppliers. Our in-house team can source and transport any materials needed for your projects, and we regularly audit our suppliers to ensure we’re sourcing only the best for our customers.
